Subscription Agreement

Infinite Flows by SutraSuite is an AI-powered yoga flow generation and class planning platform built exclusively for yoga teachers and wellness professionals. It is operated by AH Global Enterprises LLC, a Texas-registered limited liability company, operating under the SutraSuite brand.

Every new user receives a 7-day free trial upon creating an account. No payment is required to begin your trial. During the trial period you will have full access to all features of Infinite Flows.

There is no option to skip the free trial. All new accounts begin with the 7-day trial automatically.

No credit card is required to start your trial and you will not be charged during the trial period. When your trial ends you will be prompted to subscribe — you will only be charged if you actively choose to subscribe.

Your free trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. When your 7-day free trial ends, your access will be paused and you will be prompted to subscribe to continue using Infinite Flows.

To subscribe, you will enter your payment information and will be charged $29.99 per month. This charge will repeat every month on the same date until you cancel. You will only be charged if you actively choose to subscribe — no payment information is collected at signup.

Infinite Flows is offered at a flat monthly rate of $29.99 per month following the free trial period. All prices are in US dollars.

Pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

Active SutraSuite platform subscribers receive complimentary access to Infinite Flows at no additional charge for as long as their SutraSuite subscription remains active. This complimentary access is tied to the SutraSuite subscription and will end if the SutraSuite subscription is cancelled or lapses.

SutraSuite subscribers do not go through the free trial process — access is granted directly upon account creation.

You may cancel your Infinite Flows subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@sutrasuite.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to Infinite Flows through the end of the period for which you have already paid.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle you must cancel before your renewal date. Cancellation after your renewal date will not result in a refund for that billing period.

There is no long-term contract. You are free to cancel at any time with no cancellation fees.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refunds are not issued for partial months of service, unused features, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content. If you believe you were charged in error please contact us at hello@sutrasuite.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.

If your free trial ends and you have not subscribed your account will be suspended immediately. You will no longer have access to the platform. However your account data — including your teaching profile, modalities, and all generated flows — will be preserved for 30 days from the date your trial ended.

During this 30-day retention window you may reactivate your account by subscribing at any time and your data will be fully restored. After 30 days without an active subscription your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

AH Global Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any loss of data after the 30-day retention window has expired.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file at all times. If a payment fails we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment information. Failure to update your payment information within the grace period may result in suspension of your account.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. AH Global Enterprises LLC does not store full payment card numbers.

AH Global Enterprises LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, or for any other reason at its sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to update this Subscription Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of Infinite Flows after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.

At account creation, before proceeding, you will be required to actively check the following acknowledgment — it cannot be bypassed:

This Subscription Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
