Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Infinite Flows by SutraSuite ("Platform"), operated by AH Global Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas-registered limited liability company, operating under the SutraSuite brand. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

Infinite Flows is an AI-powered yoga flow generation and class planning tool built exclusively for yoga teachers and wellness professionals. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested yoga sequences, class structures, and teaching content based on information you provide during onboarding and flow creation.

The Platform is a technology tool only. It is not a substitute for professional yoga training, certification, medical advice, or therapeutic guidance.

To use the Platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a yoga teacher, wellness professional, or fitness instructor
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

CRITICAL: The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate yoga flows, sequences, and class content. By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

• AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that is inappropriate for certain students or populations.
• You, as the teacher of record, bear sole and complete professional responsibility for reviewing, modifying, and approving all AI-generated content before use in any class, session, or teaching environment.
• You will never teach an AI-generated flow without first reviewing it for safety, appropriateness, and suitability for your specific student population.
• The Company makes no representations or warranties that AI-generated flows are medically safe, therapeutically appropriate, or suitable for any individual student's physical condition, injury history, or limitations.
• AI systems can and do make errors. The Company is not liable for any errors in AI-generated content that you use without appropriate human review and modification.

In addition to FlowSage, Infinite Flows uses a separate AI-powered chatbot for customer support. This chatbot is distinct from FlowSage and is used solely to answer questions about the platform, assist with account issues, and provide general guidance. You may be communicating with an automated system rather than a human at any time during a chat session. The chatbot does not have access to your personal flows, teaching profile, or payment information unless you choose to share it during the conversation.

As with all AI systems, the support chatbot may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses. You use the in-app chat at your own discretion. Always verify important information directly with our team at hello@sutrasuite.com or 832-669-6629 before making decisions based on chatbot responses. Human support is always available.

Yoga instruction involves physical movement and carries inherent risk of injury. By using this Platform:

• You acknowledge that you are a trained and certified yoga professional responsible for the safety of your students.
• You agree that you will independently assess each student's physical condition, injury history, and limitations before using any flow generated by the Platform.
• You agree to modify, adapt, or discard any AI-generated content that is not appropriate for your students.
• You release and hold harmless AH Global Enterprises LLC, its founders, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liability arising from the use of AI-generated yoga flows in your teaching practice.

The Company is not a yoga instructor, medical provider, physical therapist, or healthcare professional. Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, therapeutic guidance, or professional yoga instruction. You are solely responsible for the physical safety and wellbeing of your students in all teaching environments.

Access to Infinite Flows is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on the pricing page at the time of subscription
• Authorize recurring billing to your payment method on file
• Cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid charges for the following period

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of the Company and are not guaranteed.

All Platform content, design, code, features, and functionality — including the FlowSage AI system — are the exclusive property of AH Global Enterprises LLC, operating under the SutraSuite brand, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any original content you create using the Platform. However, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized, aggregated data generated through your use of the Platform to improve AI systems and services.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Platform content without written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or systems
• Use the Platform to create content that could cause harm to students or third parties
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely your own original creation in contexts where such representation would be misleading

Infinite Flows uses an automated chatbot to provide customer support within the application. By using the in-app chat you acknowledge that you may be communicating with an AI system rather than a human representative. Chatbot responses are provided for general support purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, therapeutic, or professional advice of any kind. AH Global Enterprises LLC is not liable for any inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed responses provided through the automated chat system. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AH GLOBAL ENTERPRISES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
